3) Are your products genuine?
Yes! Beyond Exceptional Beauty is an official stock list of all the brands we carry.
4) How much is shipping?
We offer free shipping on all orders.
5) When will I receive my order?
Please allow 3 to 5 business days for processing. Please allow 15 to 20 days for item to arrive.
6) Can I track my order?
Yes all orders will have tracking numbers. Once the order have been placed you will be provided a tracking number.
7) Do you ship internationally?

8) What are your payment methods?
We accept all major credit/debit cards, Skrill, PayPal and Discover
9) Do I have to sign up to PayPal to use it?
No. You can check out as a guest through PayPal.
10) Do you accept returns?
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for change of mind of makeup, makeup tools or brushes due to hygiene reasons please see our Returns Policy Page for more info.
